All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by KobasLabs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Lytix a limited licence to process your data solely to operate and improve the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Lytix provides analytics and insights to support your decision-making. All business decisions remain your responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any financial projections, recommendations, or third-party data surfaced through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KobasLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KobasLabs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Service and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is required to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
