This Privacy Policy describes how KobasLabs LLC ("Lytix", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our profit intelligence platform at getlytix.com (the "Service").

- Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Business information: Brand name, store domain, industry, and other details you provide during onboarding.
- Shopify data: Order history, product catalogue, revenue, discounts, and related e-commerce data accessed via the Shopify API with your authorisation.
- Meta Ads data: Advertising account data, campaign performance, ad spend, and impressions accessed via the Meta Marketing API with your authorisation.
- Instagram data: Business profile insights, post performance metrics, and engagement data accessed via the Instagram Graph API with your authorisation.
- Usage data: Log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with the Service.
- Cookies and tracking: Session cookies and similar technologies for authentication and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Lytix platform and its features.
- Generate profit analytics, weekly intelligence briefs, and actionable recommendations.
- Connect and synchronise data from your authorised third-party integrations (Shopify, Meta, Instagram, and others).
- Send transactional emails, product updates, and performance reports.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not share your Shopify, Meta, or Instagram data with any third party except as necessary to provide the Service.
4. Meta Platform Data
When you connect your Meta Ads account, we access data solely to provide profit analytics and reporting within the Lytix platform. We:
- Access only the permissions you explicitly grant.
- Do not use Meta data to target advertising to you or your customers.
- Do not sell or transfer Meta data to third parties.
- Retain Meta data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service.
- Comply with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable data policies.
You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from your Lytix dashboard, which will stop all future data access and trigger deletion of stored Meta data within 30 days.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@getlytix.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for stored OAuth tokens, TLS encryption for data in transit, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access and receive a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability.
